06/08 TONER LOW STARTS RECORDINGS FOR SECOND ALBUM
In the final days of June we begin recordings for our next album/cd at studio Moskou in Utrecht, Holland. Only rhythmguitar-, bass- and drumtracks will be recorded there. In the next months we complete the songs at a different studio. We record seven or eight songs, four of which are planned to appear on the second album. The other songs will be used for future releases. Expect the second album to be released at the end of the year.

03/08 TEN YEARS TONER LOW
Time for an overview, 'cause Toner Low is around for ten years now. Check out the new biography with the complete 1998-2008 band-history. As a sort of celebration we have plans to release a compilation cd with songs we recorded over the years for our demo's and promo's. We never spread those on a large scale, so most of the track-listing will be kind of exclusive. The ten years-cd will be out in April, and for sale at our gigs this Spring/Summer. For how to order check the blog on our MySpace-site

12/07 NEW BASSPLAYER FOUND
Mid December we started rehearsals with bassplayer Miranda. She was in the first Toner Low line-up from March 1998 until December 1999 (when Deef still did guitar and vocals), and in the years between played bassguitar with 7Zuma7, I$I$ (from Holland) and The Mad Loggers (with Toner Low (ex-)members). All those bands don't exist anymore, btw. With Toner Low we now focus on finishing the songs we want to record somewhere in Spring 2008 for our second album.

11/07 BASSPLAYER/VOCALIST DEEF QUITS TONER LOW, ALBUM RECORDINGS POSTPONED
Deef has decided to leave the band at the end of November. He wants to concentrate more on his other bands and projects, rather than to recording a new album with Toner Low. As the instigator of starting a stonerrock-band back in 1997/1998 Deef also didn't feel happy any more with the more doomy approach Toner Low's music has gotten over the years. The remaining two members of the band will continue with a different bassplayer. It's yet uncertain who's gonna do the singing duties. The recordings for the new album that were planned for December are postponed to somewhere in 2008. November 30st Toner Low will do their final gig with Deef on bass and vocals at theTodo-club in Best, Holland.

10/07 WORKING ON NEW SONGS
Most of the songs for our second album have been arranged now. We will record them in December. There is no date set, but we plan to have the album out in May 2008, on Freebird Records.
